Arriving By Train
The nearest trains stations to Keele are Stoke-on-Trent which is approximately 5 miles from campus and Crewe which is approximately 12 miles from campus.
Taxis are available from both stations and can take you directly to Keele Hall. Depending on which station you are travelling from the journey should take 15-30 mins and costs between £10-30.
You can also catch a bus from Stoke-on-Trent**. The number 3 leaves from the stop opposite Stoke-on-Trent station every 15 mins during the day (less frequently in the evenings) and takes approximately 30 mins. The number 25 also leaves from the station and stops on campus. The closest stop to Keele Hall, is Horwood Hall which is located at the bottom of the hill near to the KPA (the campus bar and eatery).
**Building work is currently occurring outside the station front (in order to "create an exciting and safer public realm to greet people" apparently!) which is impacting car park and bus stop access, while scheduled to finish mid-August, we all know how these things go so there is a chance access may still be limited by the time conference weekend comes around! We recommend checking before travelling and leaving a little extra time. More information on these exciting works and their impact can be found here:
