Your room keys can be collected from Chancellor's Building Reception on Friday 6th September from 1-8pm, after 8pm keys can be collected from the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Reception.

All-inclusive Weekend Ticket Holders

Check-in is at 1pm and check-out is at 9.30am.

Your room keys can be collected from Keele Hall Reception on Saturday 7th September between 12:30-13.30pm. From 3.30-8pm keys will be available from Chancellor's Building Reception. After 8pm collection is from the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Reception. Room keys are to be returned to Chancellor's Building Reception on Sunday 8th September before 9.30am.

Keele University operates an ANPR parking system. There are no parking restrictions at the weekend but anybody that will be arriving before 5pm on Friday will need to register their vehicle details in advance by visiting: Keele BABAO Conference Parking. All parking is subject to availability. We recommend car sharing or use of public transport as parking is limited. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked in accordance with Keele University Traffic/Parking Policies as displayed on the car park signage. Any breach may result in an infringement notice being issued which could include a charge.
